Every dot is the first time an appartment is rented out, with the name of the owner. Dots are not removed. Location will be from 0-450 feet (150 metres) of the actual address (anonymized by Airbnb).
Sometimes the same name appears at different locations. However, there is nothing wrong with the animation or your computer.
